Volume 63 contains a 12'43" video from al-Qaeda's as-Sahab Media featuring operational video from an attack in the Argon area of Afghanistan. It was released on 17 Feb. 2007. The production date is Feb. 2007 [Muharram 1428H]. It is entitled, "Holocaust of the Americans in the Land of Khorasan, The Islamic Emirate: Martyrdom Operation Against an American Convoy in Argon Area". The video shows the last will of the suicide bomber, the preparation of a vehicular-borne improvised explosive device and the subsequent attack. English translations of Arabic text where it appears have been added by IntelCenter. The only other changes made to the video were those done to enhance the audio and video where possible. The DVD has a video index for use in briefings and training. It plays on any standard DVD player in any region. It is encoded for NTSC players and contains Dolby Digital 2.0 audio.
