This moldable / pliable compound is a completely inert / non-hazardous material.  The white simulated expendable material is able to be cut and shaped as needed in demolition training applications. The simulated C4 charge is packaged in actual OD Green M112 Charge wrappers.  Complete with metal band tied end, and adhesive backing.   Priced per each.
