Propane/ Oxygen: The propane and oxygen gasses used in this unit are commercially available in most areas. This allows for greater flexibility to the operator in procuring the fuel for the device on their own. We can also arrange for the delivery of these items if needed.
Control: Sophisticated radio control systems allow for the triggering of these units from a distance of a half mile. Multiple units may be triggered from a single point or a control station. These units come with a 900 MHz or a 2.4 GHz radio installed. Other radio control options are available. There is also an external input to allow the operator to trigger the unit with IED triggers, such as improvised pressure plates or motion detectors. An array of realistic looking, functional IED training (also available from Inert Products) can be integrated into almost any training scenario.
Safety: These non-pyrotechnic systems require no environmental survey and have limited safety concerns when compared to operating IED training aids with pyrotechnic solutions. The long range radio systems in these units allow for the user to maintain a safe operating distance.
Cost: The units cost much less initially, require less maintenance, and cost less per shot than any other solution on the market.
Warranty: These units are guaranteed free from defect for 1 year from the date of delivery.
