TERMS OF SERVICE:

By placing any order with INERT PRODUCTS, LLC., the purchaser agrees to the following:

Our products are restricted to official training use only, and are NOT sold to the general public.

$100.00 Minimum order amount

Credit cards, checks, and bank wire transfers are accepted for payment.

Purchase Orders and Contracts:

INERT PRODUCTS, LLC. designs, produces, and distributes our own exclusive line of inert IED training aids, training kits, and training materials.  Our exclusive line of specialized training products and materials is not stocked by any other dealer / supplier. 

Contracting officers may initiate sole source contracting on this basis. 

Our products and services are proprietary and available to official use clients only.

The few products we do supply from other vendors are not applicable.

All price quotes are void after 90 days from date issued.  Buyer pays all shipping / freight costs.

*Shipping to APO, AE, or FPO addresses now requires additional costs due to the new USPS regulations regarding the shipment of simulated or replica products.  These postal service shipments must be sent via registered mail and require special packaging.  Additional charges may apply.

Prepayment is required before any orders or custom projects are manufactured / shipped.

All orders $1,000.00 or larger require a deposit.

Payments greater than $10,000.00 must be made via check, direct deposit, or bank wire transfer prior to an order/purchase shippment or pickup from the companys facility.

We can send you an invoice so you have documentary proof of charges prior to payment being made.

Once an order / purchase order is placed, it cannot be cancelled.

NET 30 -  We normally start producing your order on the basis of a purchase order being issued, and allow a 30-day payment term, with 5% per month late charge on any overdue account.  (or the maximum percentage allowed by law)

We may require you to provide an official request letter [with your payment] outlining your identity and the specific use of our inert training products.  Expect references to be checked.

We reserve the right not to accept/cancel your order if; you do not have an approved use, or, provide fraudulent information. 

Knowingly providing fraudulent / false information [to obtain product], is considered illegal activity and law enforcement will be notified.

Never assume products will meet your requirements.  Contact us to discuss your needs. 

It is the clients responsibility to convey any special needs or product specifications at (or before) the time of ordering. 

Special needs or product specifications includes: (but not limited to) products that may / may not function, markings, materials used in constructing the product, product options & features, options are virtually endless.   

We offer many types / versions of the same item.  Due to the fact that many trainers have differing needs.

We go out of our way to find your product solutions.  Whatever the training application.

Our refund policy is strictly for damaged, lost, or defective in mechanical operation only.

Orders placed without communication of your required product specifications will not be refunded.

Exact production materials used in constructing your products may vary with availability.  (Not in fuction)

We require prepayment, that is, payment in full must accompany your order, or be arranged with us via email or telephone.

Order production and delivery time is approx. 2-4 weeks for orders $1,000.00 + and larger. 

We certify all products and devices produced and supplied by INERT PRODUCTS, LLC. are completely INERT, DUMMY, FAUX and DO NOT contain any pyrotechnic, explosive, or energetic materials.

These training aids are constructed from various inert materials specifically to simulate the appearance of an explosive product or device. All products and devices manufactured, sold, and distributed by INERT PRODUCTS, LLC. are completely safe, and are absolutely free from hazardous materials, including hazardous chemicals and toxins.

Our inert explosive training products are manufactured and distributed for the purpose of official training use only. A secure environment is required to be maintained guarding these products at all times to prevent theft, loss, or mistaken identity.

By placing an order and completing payment by use of our website, the purchaser/end user agrees to be responsible in the transportation, ownership/possession, use of, and maintain a secure inventoried storage of supplied inert training products and materials. If we offer FOB Destination and Charge Back  on a quote or invoice, it is understood by the purchaser we will invoice for shipping charges. In this case we are responsible for our products until they reach there destination where the purchaser takes over full responsibility for the products. We cover shipping expenses but will invoice for shipping charges when the item is received by the purchaser, this is called FOB Destination and Charge Back. Furthermore, By purchasing our products and/or services, individuals, companies and government agencies at any level (federal/national, state/provincial, county/regional, and municipal/city) for use in their training and testing programs, agree to all terms of service and do so entirely at their own risk. INERT PRODUCTS, LLC. will in no way be held legally responsible for costs/damages caused by, or because of, any end user's misuse/use, criminal or otherwise. By completing payment, the purchaser understands and agrees to all terms of service outlined above.
